$500 deposit due at time of reservation. Deposit is refundable in 15 working days after unit is returned. *Special events may take longer. If reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to departure a $50 handling fee will be retained and $450 refund will be issued. If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less, no refund will be given. The cancelled deposit may be used toward another reservation within one year from date of original reservation. $1000 hold is put on your credit card for the insurance deductible on the day of the departure. The hold is released when your return is processed assuming there is no damage.

Must be 25 to rent with valid drivers license and current vehicle insurance for Class A,B, and C motorized RV’s.

If you would like to extend your rental you MUST call Thomas RV Rentals and speak to a rental agent about your extension. If the unit is available for your continued use, the rental agent will adjust your contract for the extra time and charge accordingly. If you return early from your trip, NO refunds will be given. *If rental is returned late after scheduled return time and date, the security deposit is forfeited.

Vehicle must be returned clean. The gasoline and LP tanks must be returned full. **If you choose not to clean the RV, Thomas RV will clean for you at the rate of $75 per hour. If fuels are not filled, you will be charged $3 per gallon for gasoline and LP filling, plus the cost of fuel.

Deliveries are available to Charlotte Motor Speedway. Call for quotes for out of town deliveries. Delivery must be scheduled in advance.

Renter may arrange a binder from their insurance broker or purchase insurance from MBA Choice. The basic rental insurance policy covers the minimum required state collision and liability coverage. The insurance deductible is $1000 per incident for motorhomes & travel trailers. MBA Choice does NOT cover damages caused by tires, blowouts, road hazards, freezing temps, or wear and tear. On Trailer Rentals , renter needs to provide proof of insurance for the tow vehicle.

All accidents that require an insurance claim must be reported immediately. If it involves property damage to any other vehicle or structure it requires a police report. The renter is responsible for all damage not covered by the renter’s or MBA rental insurance. $1000 hold is put on your credit card for the insurance deductible on the day of the departure. The hold is released when your return is processed assuming there is no damage. Renter incurs the risk of liability for persons and property when using the RV in extreme weather or terrain conditions.

The renter is completely responsible for the unit rented. If there is tire failure, the renter will be responsible for any and all damages caused by the failure, including the replacement cost, unless tire protection is purchased with our rental. The renter is responsible for all rock chip damage to paint and windshields.

If you experience mechanical problems, please call the Afterhours Service number located on the key tag. Renter agrees NOT to hold Thomas TV Rentals liable for any damages, inconvenience, and delays resulting from mechanical breakdown of the rented vehicle. Thomas RV Rentals will assist in every way possible to minimize any time delay.

No reimbursement of expenses for repairs to the vehicle will be made unless prior authorization has been given and receipts for repairs are submitted to Thomas RV Rentals.

TV /VCR/DVD, coffee maker, generator, cruise control, radio, microwave, oven, slide out and awning etc. are considered convenience items. If malfunctions should occur, they are not considered breakdowns and no compensation will be made to the renter.

Please use the Awnings responsibly. Renters are cautioned to put Awnings away before walking away from the vehicle. Lightest of wind /rain can cause damage to the vehicle. Awning damage is not covered by insurance. Do not leave awning out unattended. Wind and rain can damage awning. You will be responsible for the cost to repair/replace the awning. Awning damage is not covered by insurance.

The motorhome/ travel trailer must be returned by 1:00 p.m. or you will be charged $35 an hour for every hour you are late. If the motor home is returned past 12:00 a.m. the following day you will be assessed an additional night’s rental in addition to the hourly charge. If Thomas RV has not been notified that you need an extension, the vehicle will be reported as being driven by an unauthorized driver.

There is a $75/per pet fee for dogs. We do not allow cats. Vehicle needs to be returned clean of all pet evidence and pet hair. Deep cleaning fees will be applied if not returned clean.

A Housekeeping package is available for purchase with your rental. It includes linens for all beds, towels, and wash cloths for six, dish soap, disinfectant wipes, toilet paper, and paper towels, dishcloth or sponge, and matches. A Linens only package is available for purchase with your rental.

A Cookware package is available for each rental. It includes dishes/mugs/glasses, cookware and utensils.
